Just hit 30 and i want to join im nervous but ready to get after it and try something new. Thanks for the info!
I'm so ready for this episode to drop already!
Seriously, thank you for being so candid on a topic most people aren't willing to be open about. I became a member for content like you were doing with Taylor, but honestly got more out of this than what I paid for.
@@johnpierre7177 hey thanks for that. Glad you like it, I know it’s not for everyone.
You are the first to talk about it Aaron There is few channel about people who realy talk about their failure on UA-cam We understand why you talk about humility
From 1990 to 1993 i was the sole usaf security police instructor teaching tactics, weapons, escape and evasion to the 3rd combat communications group "the 3rd herd" (best in the air force). 4 other instructors with me: former tacp that taught combat first aid, radio man that taught survival, motor pool sgt taught vehicles and a desaster prepardness guy. Best job i ever had. They were first into desert shield/desert storm, south american drug war, haiti and serijevo. "Any time, any where." Even taught the oregon, washington and hawaiian air guard. Tinker afb, ok. 1990-93.😂🎉❤
Test comment.
I have you Lima Charlie? -T
There's something fascinating about this PJ pipeline. Other than having to prove yourself like any other operator course, it's as if it's built to elevate you to success rather than finding innumerable ways to break you down. Fascinating.
Can I come on the pod casts?
@@Brandonm-hi8th Well usually we start with yes; I’d ask, why don’t want to come on the podcast? What value are you bribing?
@OnesReady well my confidence of doing whatever it takes to get the job done and knowing i can do the job ive always said i was gonna do since i was a kid people always asked why do you want to jump out of a perfectly good air plane well its because ill learn to fly again and that day is here ive watched my older step brothers go in and i said thats what i want to do since i was young well my aunt chuckles and says well when you join you can always bust on them that you out rank them which still doesnt make much sense to me i know my grandpa was pretty high up there in the army but i dont know much about him and her mom started the air force. I know im free and feel protected by the things you cant see not saying anything couldnt happen but its my energy the ability to stay calm under pressure ive saved three lives ive been dead 3 times im here for a reason a purpose in life im a leader not a follower im not saying im perfect ive made mistakes done things you cant undo i sin everyday but i walk with god on my shoulders and he leads the way talking with you guys seems like a opportunity to connect with the team instead of feeling like im alone out here MIA ive had spiritual awakenings ive done and seen things people wouldnt believe if i told them which is okay some love me some hate me and it doesnt effect me ive pushed everyone i love away for the job not many people are willing to do im not saying i know everything about everything because it would be wrong and just because you make it doesnt mean your done learning or done studying i may not be in the greatest shape at the moment but i believe ill get there my confidence tells me i will and if you dont have confidence what do you got ive been put down most my life being told i wont acheve things that i know im going to and set out to do i cant change the past but sure can change the future yes im a young pup but have big dawg mentality ive been trained my hole life with out even noticing till now then mentors that i have and had looked up to my hole life have paved the way to my success without me knowing it from paint ball in the woods to sighting rifles for long distances from the stuff i learned in high school to being in the middle of the circle firing up the football team and taking some unbelievable shots in hunting and to out shooting my step brother when we put a bottle out in the field to see who could shoot the cap off it to being pushed to my limits and mastering staying calm when things aren't going right amd someone is pushing my buttons trying to get me to snap and i just dont let it faze me they are mad because they aint me as kevin would say mastering the art of incapable wins mastering the art of letting go i was tough my hads were leathal when i was younder hence why i avoided fighting unless my life or the people i care abouts life isbin danger id give the shirt off my back to anyone who needs it even if they got a shirt ive always wanted people to have better then me i felt like i didnt deserve anything but now its time to stand up for what believe in and do something for my self its okay to worry about others but got to make sure i worry about my self too .. thank you for everything you done in life putting your life on the line i relate to kevins album the ceremony the most and i believen my self and my abilities i have an amazing life story and im not doing this to be famous/ rich im doing this to make my grandlpa proud and all my frineds and family im definitely the black sheep of the family but the only blood related to my grandpa trying to join i got big shoes to fill and im confident in whatever i do and do it to the best of my abilitys i feel gifted I believe im gifted id be a good person to have watching your 6 or leading the way and its about time i do the things i know im here for.

I wanna put myself through the pain and see what I'm truly capable of, pararescue here I come baby
William Schroeder... my 1st Commander. Being one of the last SOWT candidates to graduate selection in 2016 before he died has stayed with me all these years. The greatest failure I had in my career was never earning the privilege to wear the Grey.
Very insightful of you. Even better that you called the names of those who died.
Yes 😢
What branch approves suicide waiver only had one incident before 14 ( I’m 20 and very stable now
Not sure- really glad you’re here though, no matter the outcome of your enlistment process. - A
Ok so I do landscaping so I’m like speed walking all day. And I’ll get to a point where my knee kills me so bad like if it was a lego and I could pop it off and pop it back on I would feel so much relief. I can see what I might say is my patellar head pop out a little bit when I bend my knee. I think it’s a patellar head issue but maybe it’s that it band pain he’s talking about. How can I go about getting this squared away? (Should I just go ahead and chop it off? Jk)
The saying nurses eats their young is there for a reason. Why would anyone expect nurses to help the new nurses?
The word association with RN are cruel backstabbing sociopathic psychopaths.
Chris, this video is 4 years old, and you’re just using it to talk about nurses in general? In the comments section of a UA-cam? Have you touched grass today, bud?
Thank you so much for all you guys do, I should be starting my TACP drill weekends soon (pre-pipeline ofcourse) thanks for all you do!
Imagine if there was only one SF test and graduates were placed in the Seals, PJs, etc. based on individual strengths and weaknesses.

I'm getting rufued retarders 😢
So true!
Being a Retired Vietnam Vet USAF PJ (Para-Rescue) I totally I’d with the PTSD that hunts me crazy from time to time. Sorry this is REALLY CRAZY ASIAN REAL. I understand your attitude but I’m 76 years young and now it’s time to PARTY NOT PAYBACK . My Professional Help knows I smoke 💨 the weed for years.
I ship out for SERE this Tuesday. Thank you guys for all the useful information!
Good luck!!🍑
I’m really interested in going PJ but I’m an O in the marines. I’m less interested in CRO but I’m not sure if the AF will allow me to resign my commission and put all my eggs in AFSOC on the enlisted side. Do you have any insight or resources on this?
Yeah resign your commission lol. So, we can ask some recruiter friends but it’s happened before.
Dude this has me so motivated to accomplish my goal of becoming an AF PJ! Love this video 😎🤙🏽
Great topic !
Love me some Jay. Says it like it is.
These are low quality trash failing

I agree recruitment videos should show some of actually training scenarios as well as end product to give people realistic view of pipeline. instructors will mess with you in the pool, crawling the muck, exercising to exhaustion. meaning you will be sore and tired most of the time during selection and pipeline training.
Jay dropping pearls
Great point about, making it real and signing-up! My son’s commitment has increased 100% since starting his process of enlisting.
I HATE THIS VIDEO!!!!!
This is the biggest brain comment ever. Well done. We accept your criticism.
Me 2. If you forgot about it it means you dont got a soul and find messed up /toxic stuff normal
@@demonkiler2 Is that it? Or was it an allegory to highlight how some people focus and ruminate over things that they did incorrectly because their ego can’t accept failure? Bye yeah you’re right you were probably the victim. You ok now?
@@OnesReady i am not talking about winners or losers or victims. But if you dont feel/care about what others say you lose the abilety to love or have empathy the way god intended it. Idc what ppl think off me or what they say. but it stil hurts sometimes for a long time because they became so rude/hard/toxic because they shutdown Something your promoting
@@demonkiler2 yeah man- that’s not what Peaches said, or meant, and it doesn’t fit in the ci text of the larger conversation the clip was pulled from. You took a past feeling you had (a bad one), applied that feeling to a video that didn’t make you feel the way you did, and then decided to get mad about it in your own and post about. Thats what you did. You made up a reason to be butthurt in the comment section of a video that’s aimed at telling you not to be too butthurt about past problems. Do you see that irony? Or no?
My boy Aaron always having on the salt of the earth!

Secret comments?
Wut
@@OnesReady just noticed that it always says "0" comments. I like that.
I am in Czech. Is it possible to sign up for Special Recon and enlist with your USAF if I am all the way out here?
Are you an American citizen?
@OnesReady born and raised in Texas.
Messed me up, I’m 37 single no kids trying to go active duty (security forces) passed the asvab, passed everything up until they pulled My medical Record And saw that I had childhood asthma, last time I had an inhaler was in the late 90s. Did a PFT test for them and some how they messed up my paperwork. Told me I had to wait for a pulmonary consultation, then 2 months later they told me I was disqualified, I think my recruiter messed up so I got a new one and he told me to get methacolne test. I swear I don’t have asthma and they making me go through the wire. Gave them my pharmacy records last 5 years and it shows I don’t use inhalers. And they wonder why recruitment is down
